Mahindra Udo

The Mahindra Udo is a newly launched electric auto rickshaw with an aircraft-inspired design, delivering what Mahindra calls an “auto plane” experience. Priced from ₹3.59 lakh (ex-showroom), it is powered by a 48V system producing 10 kW power and 52 Nm torque, with a top speed of 55 km/h. It features an 11.7 kWh lithium-ion battery offering up to 200 km range and supports regenerative braking. Built with monocoque construction, it provides D+3 seating and a 2100 mm wheelbase for stability. Modern features include three drive modes, hill hold assist, creep mode, and a digital cluster. With 215 mm ground clearance and a compact turning radius, Udo is ideal for urban passenger transport and ride-sharing operations.
