Eicher Opens Its First Dedicated Pro X Dealership in Faridabad
Faridabad gets its first dedicated Eicher Pro X showroom. Bringing diesel & EV trucks, faster service, and smarter fleet tech under one roof.

There are roughly 15,000 small trucks working the industrial lanes of Faridabad every single day. And until March 24, 2026, not one dedicated Eicher showroom existed to serve them.
That changed yesterday. VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) inaugurated a brand-new exclusive Eicher Pro X dealership in Faridabad, Haryana. Operated by Shree Motors Private Limited. Located right on NH-19 at Mathura Road, Sector-15A. It's not a regular multi-brand outlet. This one sells, services, and stocks spares for one range and one range only: the Pro X small truck lineup. Diesel and electric, both under one roof.
If you're running a delivery business in Faridabad, Ballabhgarh, or anywhere along the Delhi–Agra corridor, this matters more than you might think.
Why Faridabad — And Why Now?
Faridabad isn't just an industrial city. It's one of the NCR's most important last-mile logistics battlegrounds.
The city sits at the southern end of Delhi with direct access to NH-19 — the old Delhi–Mathura–Agra highway. It is flanked by some of North India's densest industrial clusters: DLF Industrial Area, Karkhana Bagh, the Sector 24–25 industrial zones, NIT Sabzi Mandi, and Anaj Mandi. Major manufacturers — Yamaha, Havells, Larsen & Toubro — all have operations here. Add the proximity to the Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors, and you've got a city that moves an extraordinary volume of goods every day.
E-commerce has only accelerated this. Delhivery, Ekart, and Xpressbees all operate out of Faridabad hubs. The demand for reliable small trucks — 2 to 4 tonnes, doing 30 to 80 km runs per day has never been higher. And yet, getting an Eicher Pro X serviced here used to mean driving into Delhi or hunting for a generalist dealer.
That gap is now closed.
What the New Eicher Outlet Actually Offers
This is a 12,000 sq. ft. 3S facility — Sales, Service, and Spare Parts, all in one place. For fleet operators, that combination is a big deal. It means you're not driving to one address for a warranty issue and another for parts. Everything happens here.
A few things stand out:
Digital vehicle configuration. The showroom has interactive displays where you can configure your Pro X by cargo body type, load deck, fuel type (diesel or electric), and colour — before you commit. This kind of retail experience has been standard in car showrooms for years. In commercial vehicles, it's still uncommon.
Trained technicians on-site. VECV has equipped the facility specifically for Pro X servicing — not generic truck mechanics. The pitch is faster turnaround, which directly translates to fewer days your vehicle sits idle and more trips you can run per month.
Connected vehicle support. The Pro X comes with built-in telematics as standard across all variants. The dealership is set up to support the My Eicher App ecosystem, which gives you live vehicle tracking, maintenance alerts, and remote diagnostics from your phone.
So What Exactly Is the Eicher Pro X?
For those unfamiliar, the Pro X is Eicher's small commercial vehicle range — available in both diesel and electric variants.
The Eicher Pro X Diesel (3.5T GVW) is priced from around ₹8.85 lakh ex-showroom, with an 80 HP, 2-litre four-cylinder engine, a payload of up to 1,862 kg, and a 60-litre fuel tank. It's aimed squarely at FMCG distribution, courier, and construction material delivery.
The Eicher Pro X EV (available in 3T and 3.5T variants) is priced between ₹16.99–17.99 lakh ex-showroom. It runs on an 80 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor with two battery options — 32 kWh and 40 kWh — giving certified ranges of 206 km and 249 km respectively. A DC fast charge (CCS2) fills the 32 kWh pack in 75 minutes. The cabin is crash-tested to both Indian and European (ECE R29-02) safety standards. And it comes with FOTA (Firmware Over-the-Air) updates, live cargo monitoring, and a remote immobiliser.
The payload on the EV variant goes up to 1,760 kg — competitive for a small electric truck in this price band.
For intra-city and short-haul routes in Faridabad — distances well within the EV's 200+ km range — the electric version makes a strong cost-of-ownership case once you factor in lower fuel and maintenance costs over a 5-year ownership cycle.
The Number That Should Get Your Attention
VECV reported 8,172 units sold in February 2026 alone — a 44.8% year-on-year growth. That's not a one-month spike. The brand has been on a sustained upward trajectory as fleet operators upgrade out of ageing Tata Ace and Mahindra Supro vehicles.
The Pro X is Eicher's bet that the next generation of small truck buyers wants more than just a workhorse. They want connectivity, lower running costs, and a service experience that doesn't cost them 2 days of trips every time something goes wrong.
Opening a dedicated Pro X outlet in a city as commercially dense as Faridabad is a direct play for that buyer.
