Euler Prime is a rapid response service for its commercial EV owners. If your Euler truck breaks down in the city or on the outskirts, a trained Prime team will come to you. They use mobile bikes and vans to reach your location quickly. Their goal is to resolve the issue on the spot, minimizing your vehicle's downtime and protecting your daily income.

The Brains Behind the Operation: Shepherd Platform
The magic behind Euler Prime is Euler's own vehicle intelligence platform, called Shepherd. This system uses telematics for predictive maintenance and live diagnostics. It can often spot a potential issue before the driver even notices anything is wrong. This allows the support team to be proactive, sometimes addressing concerns before they lead to a breakdown.
Who Can Use the Euler Prime Service?
Access to this premium service is straightforward. All new Euler Motors customers and those with an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) can use the Euler Prime solution. Existing customers who are not on an AMC can also access the service on a paid basis, ensuring no one is left out.
Euler Prime Response Time Commitment
Speed is the core promise of this service. In urban areas, the Prime team aims to reach your vehicle within 90 minutes of being notified. For highway coverage and support on the outer edges of a city, the resolution time may vary. The goal in these areas is to fix the problem within 4 to 5 hours.
