Mahindra Exports Biggest 35,000 Scorpio PikUp Order to Indonesia

Mahindra & Mahindra has secured its largest-ever export order. The company will supply 35,000 units of Scorpio Pik Up vehicles to Indonesia in 2026. This single order surpasses Mahindra's total export volumes achieved in FY25.
Vehicles to Support Indonesia's National Food Security Project
The Scorpio Pik Ups will be delivered to Agrinas Pangan Nusantara, an Indonesian state-owned enterprise. They will be used for the Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih Project. These vehicles will enhance logistics for cooperatives being set up across the country.
Scorpio Pik Ups to Connect Farmers Directly to Markets
Under this partnership, the vehicles will ensure seamless flow of fresh supplies from farmers to the marketplace. They will bridge the gap between producer and consumer. The aim is to enhance rural logistics and enable villages to become independent centers of economic growth.
Engineered for Tough Rural Conditions
The vehicles are manufactured at Mahindra's Nashik plant. They are globally recognized for durability, payload capacity, and low operating costs. These Pik Ups are tailored to meet operating requirements from rough rural roads to farm tracks.
First-Mile and Intra-Village Logistics
The Scorpio Pik Ups will bolster the cooperative ecosystem in two ways. They will handle first-mile aggregation, transporting produce from farms to cooperatives. They will also facilitate intra-village logistics for efficient goods movement within the cooperative network.
Order Significantly Boosts Mahindra's International Operations
Nalinikanth Gollagunta, CEO of Mahindra's Automotive Division, stated that this order adds as much as Mahindra's total export volumes achieved in FY25. This partnership reflects Mahindra's commitment to enabling prosperity and supporting national priorities.
