SML Mahindra CV Sales Rise to 15% to 1,415 Units in February

SML Mahindra reported a 15% year-on-year increase in domestic commercial vehicle sales for February 2026. The company sold 1,415 units compared to 1,229 units in the same month last year, according to a regulatory filing.

SML Mahindra Production Rises in February

Production increased to 1,679 units in February 2026. This represents a 16% growth over 1,442 units manufactured in February 2025. The increase indicates higher manufacturing activity compared to the corresponding period last year.

Exports Record Sharpest Growth for SML Mahindra

Exports recorded the fastest growth among all indicators. Shipments jumped 49% year-on-year to 88 units in February 2026. This compares to 59 units exported in the same month a year earlier.

Mahindra Acquired Controlling Stake in August 2025

Mahindra & Mahindra acquired a controlling stake in SML Isuzu in August last year. The deal was valued at ₹555 crore. The company was formerly known as SML Isuzu Limited before the acquisition.
