TSUYO has introduced what it claims is India's first Automated Manual Transmission system for electric three-wheelers. This technology enables lower-power motors to operate more effectively under challenging conditions. It improves gradeability, load-carrying capacity, and vehicle range.

TSUYO Develops Magnet-Less Motor to Reduce Import Reliance

The company unveiled a patented magnet-less synchronous reluctance motor. This supports the Atma Nirbhar Bharat initiative by reducing reliance on imported rare-earth minerals. It aligns with the government's push for localisation in EV manufacturing.

TSUYO Flat Tube Axle Increases Load Capacity

For L3 and Mini-L5 vehicles, TSUYO has developed a flat tube axle with a common gear interface. This increases load capacity and streamlines parts management across different vehicle platforms.
