TVS King Kargo CNG HD Launched at Rs 2.71L with 250 km Range

TVS has introduced the King Kargo CNG HD, a heavy-duty cargo three-wheeler designed for last-mile logistics. The vehicle is built for transporting market loads, parcels, e-commerce goods, and cement bags. It focuses on maximizing load capacity, fuel efficiency, and business profitability.

TVS King Kargo CNG HD Features a Powerful CNG Engine

The three-wheeler is powered by a 301.1cc, four-stroke, liquid-cooled CNG engine. It produces 12.20 hp at 4,750 rpm and 22.4 Nm of torque at 3,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 4-speed manual gearbox. A unique power gear improves performance and fuel efficiency under loaded conditions.

TVS King Kargo CNG HD is Priced at ₹2.71 Lakh

The introductory ex-showroom price starts at ₹2.71 lakh. TVS backs the vehicle with a 3-year or 1.5-lakh km warranty, whichever comes first. This provides peace of mind for small business owners and fleet operators.

Segment-First Slipper Clutch

This is the first cargo three-wheeler in India to feature a slipper-clutch system. It enables aggressive engine braking without locking the wheels. This enhances vehicle control during sudden deceleration. The system also ensures seamless gear shifts for smoother operation.

Built for Heavy Loads

The front suspension uses a single fork coil spring setup. It provides effective shock absorption on uneven roads. The rear gets parabolic leaf springs with a centrally thicker, tapered design. This combination delivers high load-bearing capacity with decent ride comfort.

The vehicle features a 6-foot 7.2-inch long deck for carrying bulky goods. It is available in multiple load body configurations. Options include full side deck (FSD), platform (PF), cab chassis (CBC), and container body. This allows businesses to choose the right configuration for their specific cargo.

TVS King Kargo CNG HD Delivers 250 km Driving Range

The CNG powertrain is tuned for high efficiency. It offers a fuel economy of 36 km per kilogram. A single full tank provides a driving range of 250 km. The vehicle has a large 40-litre CNG tank and a 3-litre petrol backup tank.

Practical Comfort Features

The cabin features roll-down side windows instead of conventional sliding units. Wider side-view mirrors reduce blind spots for safer maneuvering. The dashboard has an ergonomic, modern design for improved driver appeal.
