Mahindra Opens New Truck & Bus 3S Dealership in Hubli, Karnataka

Mahindra's Truck and Bus business has inaugurated a new state-of-the-art 3S facility in Hubli, Karnataka. The dealership combines sales, service, and spare parts under one roof. It is designed to cater to heavy commercial vehicles, intermediate commercial vehicles, light commercial vehicles, and buses.
New Facility Features 7 Service Bays for Efficiency
The new unit spans approximately 52,000 square feet. It features 7 service bays capable of servicing more than 7 vehicles per day. The facility offers driver lodging, 24-hour breakdown assistance, and AdBlue availability. These amenities aim to further improve regional service efficiency.

M/s Indhu India Motors Pvt Ltd becomes the new vehicle dealer partner for Mahindra Trucks and Buses in Hubli. The partnership strengthens Mahindra's presence in Karnataka. It adds to the company's growing network across the country.
Mahindra and SML Now Have Over 200 3S Dealerships
Vinod Sahay, president of trucks, buses and construction equipment at Mahindra, announced the inauguration. He stated that together, Mahindra Trucks and Buses and SML now have over 200 3S dealerships. They also operate over 400 secondary service touchpoints for trucks and buses across India. This network provides world-class customer care to valued customers.
Mahindra Targets 10-12% Market Share by FY31
Sahay revealed that the Mahindra Group now holds close to 7% market share in trucks and buses. In the I&LCV buses segment, the company commands a 24% market share. The company is targeting to increase its overall market share to 10-12% by FY31 and over 20% by FY36.
Customer-Centric Approach Drives Network Expansion
Venkat Srinivas, business head of Mahindra Trucks, Buses and Construction Equipment, emphasized the company's customer-centric focus. He highlighted the guaranteed higher mileage across the product range. He also mentioned iMAXX, the most advanced telematics solution giving fleet owners complete control over their transport business. The rapidly growing network of dealerships and after-sales support reflects the commitment to imparting the best customer experience.
Mahindra Offers Unique Double Service Guarantee
Mahindra's Blazo X, Furio, Optimo, and Jayo truck range are backed with double service guarantees. If the vehicle is not back on road in 48 hours, the company pays the customer Rs 1,000 per day. Additionally, if turnaround at the dealer workshop exceeds 36 hours, the company pays Rs 3,000 per day. This guarantee underscores Mahindra's obsession with customer centricity and product innovation.
